Our experienced team of cleaners will arrive wearing disposable protective equipment such as face masks, gloves, and protective eye wear.
They will conduct a detailed inspection to determine which cleaning methods need to be used in which areas.
We will report on any environmental or structural conditions that are enabling the spread of coronavirus.
Step 2
Use Scientifically Proven Methods & Cleaning Agents To Comprehensively Target COVID-19
Our deep clean techniques remove all of the following from your space:
- Viruses (COVID-2019 & many, many others)
- All types of bacteria
- Fungicidal cleaning (all types of fungi)
- Mould & Mildew (all types)
- Sporicidal Cleaning (all types)
We do this by way of using the ‘spray and wipe method’ with a broad-spectrum cleaning agent accompanied by a fogging agent that is able to reach areas that we can’t get to with standard cleaning methods.
Step 3
Detail Work Done & Provide Certificate Of Disinfection
We will detail all areas we have worked on, which will include:
- Doors, doorknobs, light switches, handles etc and other surfaces that have high traffic
- Full sanitization of bathrooms, kitchens and other intimate areas
- Desks, chairs and communal areas
- All glass within the property that can be reached (other areas will be fogged)
- All floors are thoroughly vacuumed and mopped with our broad-spectrum cleaning agent
- All vacuums and air purifiers have HEPA filters which helps us complete the clean and leave a healthy environment
As a matter of course, we will follow our report with a certificate to guarantee your space has been comprehensively treated for COVID-19 among other viruses and bacteria.

To Help Stop The Spread Of COVID-19
Since the outbreak of the deadly new strain of Coronavirus (COVID-2019), there has been a scramble to help contain the spread of this new disease and to also reduce the anxiety this pathogen has instilled in all of us by using a few of these measures:
Stay up to date on the severity of the outbreak, by getting reliable information from trusted sources such as local government websites. Make sure you are aware of any outbreak hotspots, high risk areas, and new laws that may have been enacted to prevent further spread.
Ensure yourself, family and friends understand the symptoms and know what to look for if/ when someone becomes infected.
Encourage working for home, or if you must still attend your place of work, ensure the workplace conduct itself professionally by offering staff additional resources like anti-bacterial hand soap, hand sanitisers etc.
Incorporating a deep clean to all community areas including, hospitals, offices, gaols, sporting areas, universities. This also includes fogging and other intense deep cleaning methods.
Wash hands regularly, don’t shake hands (for now), try not to touch your face and use the ‘shoulder cough/ sneeze’ technique.
Self-isolating (for at least 14 days) if you start to have symptoms or suspect that you have been in direct contact with someone that has been confirmed as having COVID-19.

The Treatment We Use
To Eradicate COVID-19
In order to treat coronavirus effectively, we use a combination of methods, and scientifically proven cleaning agents.
Specifically, we will be using a combination of products. For fogging and wiping, the broad-spectrum chemical is called Netbiokem DSAM. This is a multipurpose disinfectant cleaner which cleans, disinfects and deodorisers and is approved for aeronautical use. This is specifically used for killing viruses and will be the main product for this procedure. This product was used when SARS came in back in 2009 and was proven to be very successful.
It is a powerful surface cleaner proven to work against a wide range of microorganisms. Netbiokem DSAM is effective against lipophilic viruses, such as Coronavirus.
The product has been tested against the Viricidal Effectiveness European Standard EN 14476 against Influenza A (H1N1), a surrogated* virus for lipophilic viruses.
We will also be using Microban Disinfectant Spray Plus. This is an antimicrobial, bacterial, mould, mildew and fungi chemical. This product does not focus on the Coronavirus (COVID – 2019 or other viruses) but will attack other germs and pathogens.
These types of products have been proven to eliminate known viruses and are designed specifically for the aviation industry. Netbiokem DSAM, is a broad-spectrum disinfectant and cleaner which can be used on most plastics, composites and fabrics.
